Hartford retail real estate developer-investor Brad Hutensky has taken the reins as chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
The principal and president of Hutensky Capital Partners is the council's 53rd chairman.
He formally took his seat for a one-year term during the ICSC's annual meeting in Las Vegas in late May.
Hutensky succeeds David B. Henry, president and CEO of Kimco Realty Corp.
