Praxair Canada buys five Airgas branches

Danbury industrial gas supplier Praxair Inc. has acquired five western Canadian branches from rival Airgas Inc. that supply oxygen to homebound patients.

Purchase price for the five in Calgary, Red Deer, and Edmonton, Alberta, and Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, wasn't disclosed.
