Two buildings sold in Hamden deals

33 Rossotto Dr. sold to First Growth Properties.
Taylor Freezer is the new owner of this industrial building at 130 Welton St. in Hamden.

Taylor Freezer of Connecticut Inc. paid $250,000 for a 20,000-square-foot industrial building in Hamden.

People's United Bank sold the single-story structure at 130 Welton St.

OR&L Commercial represented People's United. Press Cuozzo handled the buyer.

In a second Hamden deal, First Growth Properties paid an undisclosed sum for a 25,916-square-foot light industrial/flex building at 33 Rossotto Drive.

Levey, Miller & Maretz represented the buyer, who plans to recast the property for multiple tenant use, authorities said.

O,R&L Commercial represented seller Rossotto Inc.

Windsor leases signed

Waterco of New England leased 6,000 square feet at 530-D Hayden Station Road in Windsor for warehousing-distribution.

Windsor Management Co. represented landlord Windsor Associates Hayden.

Sentry Commercial represented the tenant.

Also in Windsor, BTX Global Logistics will occupy 8,480 square feet at Kennedy Technology Center, 900-920 River St. for office, distribution and freight forwarding. Windsor Management Co. represented landlord Kennedy Parks LLC. C.B. Richard Ellis represented BTX.

Blue Back Square full

The Burgess Group LLC is opening a 7,000-square-foot office at West Hartford's Blue Black Square, bringing the mixed-use property to full occupancy, authorities say.

Burgess Group manages Medicare reimbursement data through software.

The lease is for the last chunk of remaining space at 62 Memorial Road.

Goman+York Property Advisors represented owner, Blue Back Square LLC, in lease talks.

Cushman & Wakefield represented The Burgess Group.

Manchester leases

A dentistry and chiropractor practice each signed up for retail space in Manchester's Westside Village Center, 200 W. Center St.

Family Smile Center leased 2,320 square feet, while Thiele Chiropractic Life Center leased 1,536 square feet.

Windsor Management Co. was sole broker.

Farmington soccer site

Ditommaso Associates LLC paid $250,000 for 2.5 acres off Executive Drive in Farmington, land to house a new soccer facility for the Farmington Sports Arena.

Roger Toflon of hyde road development LLC was the seller.

Bernard Mussman Associates LLC was sole broker.

Carmel Realty buys

Carmel Realty paid $550,000 for industrial buildings totaling 30,000 square feet on 2.2 acres at 59 Old Broadway East in North Haven.

The buyer is underway with a completion renovation of the property to be leased to industrial tenants.

H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal on behalf of seller Anne Marie DaRos.

The Nest's Milford space

The Well Seasoned Nest LLC has leased 1,600 square feet at 158 Research Drive in Milford for its large array of outdoor items from birdhouses to other garden ornaments.

Nest owner Karen M. Fitzgerald is leasing two adjacent 800-square-foot units with some office space and the balance warehouse space to house her extensive inventory, officials said.

Landlord is D'Amato Investments LLC.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford was the sole agent.

Branford's studio space

Studio One Dance Center leased 3,000 square feet in the recently redesigned-expanded Brushy Plaza in Branford.

Dyan Robinson and Paola Rarick are Studio One's owners.

H. Pearce Commercial represented landlord Brushy Plaza LLC in the lease.
