Turner Investments LP is offering to sublet its former 4,686-square-foot office on the 12th floor of the 100 Pearl St. tower in downtown Hartford.

Turner recently shut its Hartford office, authorities say.

The lease comes with five parking spaces in the building's subterranean garage. Asking rent wasn't disclosed.

Sentry Commercial is the listing broker.

MKS Precision's new S. Windsor home

Frederico Bragoni bought 100 Commerce Way in South Windsor for $725,000 to be the new home of MKS Precision Machine, currently in East Granby.

Condor Investments LLC sold the 14,065-square-foot industrial building.

Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in this transaction.

A 15,000-square-foot office and manufacturing building at 309-311 Pane Road in Newington sold recently for $700,000.

GCL309 LLC bought the property from JSJ Co. Inc.

MK's $625K Bloomfield deal

MK North America Inc. purchased the 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 125 Highland Park Drive in Bloomfield for $625,000.

The building on 2.55 acres was owned by the Gordon and Susan Gregoretti Living Trust.

The property is located next to MK's existing facility and has enough space for future expansion for its design and production of structural aluminum framing, conveyor, guarding and linear motion systems.

N. Branford building sold

A 20,000-square-foot vacant industrial building at 27 Ciro Road in North Branford has sold for $575,000 to buyer Philip Zink.

Pearce Commercial Real Estate represented sellers Christian Jensen and Paul Tupey.

Transfer's $300K E. Hfd. buy

Transfer Enterprises Inc., a Manchester new-, used- and refurbished office furniture retailer, bought 672 Tolland St. in East Hartford for $300,000.

Seller was 672 Tolland St. LLC.

Transfer expanded by buying the 15,137-square-foot flex building. Its other locations are in East Hartford and South Windsor. Sentry Commercial represented Transfer in the deal.

Operations Inc.'s Norwalk move

Operations Inc. is moving its Stamford outsourced human resources headquarters to leased space at 535 Connecticut Ave. in Norwalk.

Operations Inc. is effectively doubling its space to 7,900 square feet from its 3,400 square feet in Stamford.

Broker Choyce Peterson Inc. represented tenant in the space search and lease negotiations.

CBRE represented the landlord, KABR Real Investment Partners and Blackpoint Partners, who bought the class A office building in January.

Building amenities include a fitness center, cafeteria, concierge, covered parking and a conference room.

Branford law firm expands

Branford realty law firm Parks & Pearson doubled its office space with an expanded lease of 1,500 square feet at 765 Main St.

The firm signed a long-term lease and now occupies the entire first floor where its offices have been the past five years.

Landlord is Captiva LLC.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford was the sole agent in this transaction.

Uncle Guido's Branford space

Uncle Guido's Xtreme Paintball and Fireworks leased 857 square feet in the retail strip shopping center at 71 West Main St. in Branford.

Daniel Spillane IV is the signatory on the lease with landlord 71 West Main LLC.

Spillane also has a store on Boston Post Road in Milford and is one of Connecticut's largest fireworks suppliers, authorities say.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford was sole broker in the lease.
