Jerome Home Receives $50K Grant From Walmart Foundation

The Jerome Home in New Britain recently received a $50,000 grant from the Walmart Foundation. The Jerome Home has provided residential care, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and short-term rehabilitation to seniors for more than 75 years. The grant will be used to implement a comprehensive exercise program designed to address different risk factors for falls and injuries, as well as to enable seniors to perform day-to-day activities independently.
