NY mortgage banker relocating HQ to Stamford

Connecticut mortgage financier Ralph DellaCamera is moving his national mortgage banking operation and 50 employees to downtown Stamford from Westchester County, N.Y., authorities say.

DellaCamera's iServe Residential Lending is moving its east coast headquarters to 10,000 square feet at 1010 Washington Blvd. from Rye Brook, N.Y.

The company says it is recruiting loan officers, branch managers and operational personnel in Connecticut and across the country.

Ernie Craumer, iServe's northeast regional manager, is a Greenwich resident and former owner of Concorde Funding Group Ltd.

Stamford Mayor Michael Pavia in a statement Monday hailed iServe's move as "further proof of our city's continued economic growth and business friendly environment,"

iServe says it is licensed in 19 states to offer conventional, FHA, HomePath, HomePath Renovation, 203k, Jumbo, USDA, VA, reverse and other mortgages.
