CBC Recognizes Project Teams at 60th Anniversary Celebration

The Connecticut Building Congress recently held its 16th annual Project Team Awards banquet at the Bond Ballroom in Hartford while also celebrating its 60th Anniversary. Several building projects exemplified project team excellence and the best practices in teamwork by project owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and trades. Honorees included: Mayor Mike Peters Pedestrian Bridge at Adriaen's Landing (Transportation/Utilities/Civil — 1st Place Winning Team); Armed Forces Reserve Center, Middletown (New Construction — 1st Place Winning Team); Great Cedar Hotel — Foxwoods Resort and Casino, Mashantucket (Major Renovations and Expansions — Award of Merit); and Kelly Middle School, Norwich (K-12 Schools — 1st Place Winning Team).
