Norman Bell is the editor of the Hartford Business Journal. He is responsible for the content of the print edition as well as HartfordBusiness.com. Norm joined the HBJ in 2010. Previously, he was editor of the Silicon Valley Business Journal in San Jose, Calif. Norman has an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal and a master’s from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. He was named a Jefferson Fellow by the East-West Center in Honolulu. His editorial honors include awards from the New Mexico Press Association and California Newspaper Publishers Association.
