Reprint Permission Policy

If you would like permission to reprint something from Hartford Business Journal, here's what you need to do:

1. Submit your request to reprint a specific article, including headline and issue date, to Moira Rosek.

2. State that you agree to reprint the article in its entirety without adding or deleting from it.

3. State that you agree to credit Hartford Business Journal by indicating the issue date and "Reprinted with permission from Hartford Business Journal" on the reprint.

4. Explain to us what format the reprint will take (website, photocopy, reformatted reprint) and how you will use it. Afterwards, provide us with a link to it online or a physical copy of it.

Once we receive the reprint request, our production department will format the article to fit on a single or double page in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (reformatting price based upon length of article).

Before you print or distribute your article PDF, you must register on www.copyright.com, and pay copyright fees that correspond to your distribution plan of the article.

Permission to reprint is based on your compliance with the policy above. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
