Milford telecom-switching equipment maker Thinklogical named veteran electronics executive Joe Pajer as its new chief executive officer.

Pajer previously was CEO of Vocollect, and before that spent time with Marconi, Fore Systems, Compaq Computer and AT&T.
He has an M.S. degree in management and a B.S. degree in civil engineering/engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Thinklogical is owned by Boston equity firm Riverside Partners, which until recently also owned Vocollect.
Thinklogical makes high-end fiber-based routers and video switching equipment.
