Ex-Waterbury lawman named Post College dean

Retired Waterbury deputy police chief James Nardozzi is the new permanent dean of Post University's Post College.

Nardozzi had run the college on an interim basis since last March.

He also remains director of the Post University's master of public administration degree program.

Post College instructs the humanities, natural and social sciences, arts and mathematics.

Nardozzi earned his doctorate in public administration from Nova Southeastern University and graduated from the University of New Haven with a masters in public administration. He also has a BS in criminal justice from Northeastern University.
