Farmington aerospace and industrial components maker Edac Technologies Corp. has set April 25 for its annual stockholders' meeting.

The 9:30 a.m. meeting will take place at company offices at 275 Richard St. in Newington.

Stockholders on record by March 1 are eligible to vote at the meeting. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about March 20.

Meantime, stockholders of Webster Bank parent Webster Financial Corp. meet at 4 p.m. April 26 at the Courtyard by Marriott, 63 Grand Street, in Waterbury.

The record date for Webster hareholders to vote at the meeting is Feb. 27.
