Windsor financial-software vendor SS&C Technologies has completed its $170 million buyout of the middle-to-back office operations platform from business-information vendor Thomson Reuters.
The deal was first aired in February.
The closing paves the way for SS&C to focus on completing its $816 million takeover of British hedge-fund manager GlobeOp Financial Services S.A.
