Webster salutes military with discounts

Waterbury's Webster Bank is offering active-duty and retired military a bushel basket of free banking services and loan discounts.

The promotional package is also available to full- or part-time member of the National Guard and Reserves.

They must show a valid military ID or discharge papers to qualify.
