Wallingford-based fresh-fruit gifting franchisor Edible Arrangements said it has named Tony DiPippa as chief financial officer.
DiPippa succeeds George Wilson, who will take a new role helping CEO Tariq Farid expand the company's franchise IT and management brands — Netsolace, Broadpeak and Naranga.
DiPippa was previously CFO of mall-based women's apparel retailer Caché, office products and furniture provider WB Mason, and a vice president and chocolate maker Godiva.
He also served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force and has an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
Edible Brands, which is privately held, claims more than $500 million in 2014 sales across its companies and 1,200-plus stores.
