Weatogue-based Vesta Corp., a developer, long-term owner and manager of affordable housing, recently announced changes to its leadership team, promoting Lewis Brown, Joshua Greenblatt and Chuck Moran to executive vice president; Candice Greenberg to vice president; and Steven Rice to director of acquisitions and development.
Brown joined Vesta in 2005 and has developed an expertise in deal identification, feasibility analysis, development planning and implementation, and construction oversight. Before joining Vesta, Brown was assistant corporation counsel for the city of Boston.
Greenblatt joined Vesta in 1998 and has been involved in all facets of the company's operations, ranging from finance and development, to property operations and construction, to corporate oversight.
Moran, who joined Vesta in 2012 and has more than 35 years of property and asset management experience, is responsible for overall direction of the property management function and performance of Vesta communities.
Greenberg, who joined Vesta in 2013 and has had a role in acquisitions and development since 2014, has extensive public sector and nonprofit experience, including as executive director of Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, Calif.
Rice, who joined Vesta in 2013, has a background in financial modeling, acquisition analysis, accounting, and low-income housing tax credits.
