CT group launches healthcare speakers bureau

CT Partners for Health (CPH) is now offering a speakers bureau to provide free presentations on various healthcare topics to community groups.

CPH, an organization with members and associates from more than 30 healthcare stakeholders, is focused on improving Connecticut's health care.

Speakers can be arranged for general audiences for meetings, educational sessions and other community gatherings. Expert speakers in a variety of fields can address topics including understanding health information, managing one's own health, healthcare technology, end of life decision making, health insurance, caregiving and more. Presentations can be customized for the audience.

CPH, founded in 2010 by Wethersfield healthcare consultant Qualidigm, is a group of healthcare stakeholders who regularly meets to identify and address healthcare-related issues presenting challenges to consumers and healthcare providers in Connecticut. In addition to the speakers bureau, CPH hosts the annual Better Health Conference, a patient-engagement event that this year is scheduled for June 1 at the Connecticut Convention Center.
