Arnold appointed executive chef at Hilton Hartford

Shane Arnold has been appointed executive chef for the 393-room Hilton Hartford. Arnold's responsibilities include menu creation and management of all food departments throughout the Hilton, including the hotel's restaurant, m&m Bistro.

Arnold comes from the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley International Airport, where he was executive chef. Both properties are managed by Waterford Hotel Group.
