Connecticut house sales and prices flattened in November, while condominium-townhouse sales and prices rose, Realtors say.
There were 2,781 single-family dwellings sold across the state last month, virtually flat vs. the 2,805 units sold the same month last year, Connecticut Realtors said Wednesday.
Median sale prices for those homes were also flat at $247,500 vs. $248,750 a year ago.
For condos and townhouses, their statewide sales grew 5.3 percent to 679 units in November vs. 645 a year earlier. Their median price also rose, up 6.7 percent last month to $159,999 vs. $150,000 a year ago.
