CERC names board members; Kollen acting board chair

Albert Carbone, Roddy Diotalevi, Jake Pagragan and Garrett Sheehan have joined the board of the Connecticut Economic Resource Center Inc., which provides economic development services.

Carbone is manager of state government and community relations at Avangrid Inc.; Diotalevi is senior director of sales and external relations at Avangrid; Pagragan is director of business development at Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative; and Sheehan is community relations and economic development specialist at Eversource.

Bart Kollen, deputy commissioner at the Department of Economic and Community Development, is serving as acting board chair. Additionally, executive board members who were re-elected are Edward "Ted" Norris of the Regional Water Authority, treasurer; and Bill Vallée of the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel, secretary.
