Central Connecticut's biggest cluster of real estate agents service now offers Realtors a network through which they can market commercial properties for sale or lease to buyers and investors across North America.

The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR) in Hartford announced Thursday its partnership with Catylist to launch its commercial listing service, called CTCList.

CT Commercial Real Estate Alliance, GHAR's commercial-realty arm, oversaw CTCList's implementation and launch, officials said. It is open to all Connecticut real estate agents and brokers.

CTCList links commercial property brokers, appraisers and other professionals, plus owners, tenants and investors eager to buy, sell and lease commercial properties throughout this state and nationally.

CT Commercial Real Estate Alliance Chair Joel Witkiewicz says CTCList's services menu includes active listings auto-verified every 30 days; a member-managed sales/lease comparables database; broadcast email capabilities; and customizable reports and market statistics.

Catylist describes itself as a commercial listing service platform used by more than 40 Realtor associations and real estate groups in North America.

CORRECTION: The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, based in Hartford, no longer oversees the Multiple Listing Service log of area dwellings for sale. A previous post misstated the group's mission and headquarters.
