Former Port-A-Potty HQ sold

Shorehaven Landscaping has acquired a three-bedroom house on a 0.5-acre lot at 497 East Main St., Branford for $190,000. The income-producing property previously served as world headquarters of a Port-A-Potty business operated by LUDCO Properties, which owned the property when it was a brownfield (fully remediated since) and was the seller in this transaction.

Kristin Geenty, SIOR, of the Geenty Group, Realtors, was sole agent in the transaction.

Lori Robert has leased 1,550 square feet at 9-15 Foxon Blvd., East Haven for three years to open her dog-grooming facility, Pawsitively Perfect LLC. The landlord is FP Foxon LLC. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

Philip L. Gagnon, SIOR, principal of the commercial real estate firm Colliers International in Hartford, closed out 2018 with transactions valued in excess of $1 million. Gagnon has brokered the following four office and industrial transactions, all in Hartford, totally nearly 45,000 square feet. The largest deal was the sale of 3466 Main St., a 25,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.1 acres, which sold for $375,000. Other deals include: 4 Wethersfield Ave., a 7,000-square-foot office building that sold for $221,700. The 4,400-square-foot former Advanced Auto Parts building located at 140 Albany Ave. sold for $155,000. Also, 121 Elliot St., a 7,000-square-foot industrial property sold for $345,000.
