The city of Hartford is accepting redevelopment bids to five North End tracts and transform them into a mixed-use development.

The Hartford Redevelopment Agency announced Friday the availability of bid packages for the tracts totaling 2.3 acres at the northeast corner, at the intersection of Albany Avenue and Woodland Street.

The Capital Region Development Authority is collaborating with the city on redevelopment proposal.

An on-site pre-bidding conference has been set for 10 a.m. Feb. 28. Bids are due to HRA by noon on April 3.

All bid and supporting documentation can be viewed here.
