Ex-Honda bike dealership site sold

The former Middletown home to a Honda motorcycle dealership on Washington Street sold recently for $430,000, brokers say.

392 Washington Middletown LLC purchased the 7,140-square-foot retail building on 1.1 acres at 392 Washington St. from seller Sebastian F. Marino, according to sole broker Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC.

Ex-Bailey’s Express site sold

The former Middletown home of Bailey's Express has sold for $395,000, brokers say.

Accurate Logistics LLC acquired the 7,500-square-foot building on 2.85 acres at 61 Industrial Park Road from Bailey's, according to seller's broker Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC.

The trucking-transfer building has 18 docks.

Middletown tract sold

A 0.3-acre strip on Middletown's Washington Street sold for $100,000.

733 Washington Street Middletown LLC purchased the parcel at 733 Washington St., at the corner of Boston Road, from Sandro Labbadia.

Middletown, Durham leases inked

Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate recently brokered a series of Middletown commercial leases. Trevor Davis was sole broker, unless otherwise noted.

At 635 S. Main St., Fun in Trampoline Park LLC leased 19,837 square feet from landlord 635-651 South Main Street LLC. Trevor Davis represented the landlord. Sovereign Properties LLC represented the tenant.

At 157 Mill St., Bergen Diesel signed for 4,550 square feet with landlord Joseph H. Mylchreest Inc.

At The Pythian Building, 360 Main St., Typhoon Restaurant leased 3,700 square feet and Ford News Diner leased 800 square feet from landlord 360 MSR Associates LLC.

At Middletown Business Park, 25 Industrial Park Road, the Bangladesh Society and Hastings Air Energy each leased 400 square feet; Contemporary Services Corp. signed for 1,000 square feet; and Andrea Maule leased 393 square feet from landlord BostonMiddletown LLC. These leases raise the 75,000-square-foot business park's occupancy to 92 percent, Trevor Davis said.

At 438 Main St., landlord Main LLC agreed to leases with the following tenants: CosSys, 300 square feet; First Twelve Clothing, 297 square feet; Michelle Manter, of Keller Williams, web designer Kera Collins and Frost Photography, each at 367 square feet; Geo Sub Sea, 552 square feet; Dwight Norwood, 302 square feet. Behind 438 Main, at 3 Melilli Plaza that Main LLC also owns, Mikado Sushi Bar & Grill LLC leased 3,095 square feet.

At The Central, 363 Main St., the following tenants agreed to leases with landlord 363 Main Street Middletown LLC: law firm Raczka & Raczka LLC leased 1,031 square feet. Also taking up unspecified spaces in Central Suites are: Dr. M. Wellbourne; Everlasting Faith Ministries; attorney Joan Reed Wilson; confectionery suppliers Miltenberg & Samton Inc.; Wheaton Sprague Building Envelope; Integrated Counseling Solutions; and licensed therapist Michael Mairecki.

At Sanseer Mill Office Park, 282 Main St. Extension, the RaMa LuNa Center for Yoga & Well-being signed for 1,403 square feet; Columbus House, 1,468 square feet; and Village for Families & Children, 2,673 square feet. C&S Investments LLC is landlord.

In Durham, Forest City Landscaping leased 2,500 square feet at 16 Commerce Circle from landlord Commerce Circle Associates LLC.
