The Chester property straddling a waterfall at 129 West Main St. that was previously home to the Sage American Grill & Riverside Bar has been sold for $1.3 million, realty brokers say.
The buyer, AP&S Property LLC, has renamed the restaurant Brushmill on the Waterfall. Coady Realty of Killingworth represented the buyer.
Located at the site of the Rogers & Champion Brushworks, the property features a covered bridge, chestnut beams and fireplace.
Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford represented the seller, D&A Restaurant Enterprises LLC, also owner of the Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar in New Haven.
Bloomfield-based Blastech Overhaul and Repair Corp. has expanded its operations by leasing 15,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at 86 West Dudley Town Road in town.
The property is owned by Sponzo Enterprises LLC. Sentry Commercial represented Blastech in the lease.
Micro Care Corp., on John Downey Drive in New Britain, has renewed its lease to expand its warehouse at 221 South St.
Micro Care occupies approximately 16,100 square feet of warehouse space at the former New Britain Machine building. Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.
