$10,000 For A Trip To The Alps

Frances Miller of North Granby was the winner of a $10,000 grand prize giveaway from American Eagle Federal Credit Union (AEFCU). Miller was selected randomly from approximately 3,000 official entries during the credit union’s “What would you do with $10K?” contest. In her online post, Miller wrote, “I would return to Switzerland where I worked as a physical therapist from 1964 to 1965. I’d like to renew old acquaintances and feast my eyes again on the Matterhorn, in the Alps, a mountain peak that I climbed to the top of when I was younger — much younger! I know my heart would ‘yodel’ at the very opportunity.
