Cooperative Systems provides managed IT support and security services to small and medium businesses throughout southern New England and beyond. Employees are shown participating in the River Dragon Boat racing competition, as part of a team-building event.
Employee Recognition: Recognizes staff members who have gone above and beyond their duties by announcing the event to all staff, and then giving them a token of appreciation — gift card for dinner, tickets to a sporting event, etc.
Fun & Relaxation: Hosts an arcade game in the kitchen, Jenga, puzzles, in-office massage services, and holiday celebrations. Also hosts company-sponsored employee events three to four times a year that are fun, and also promote team building.
Community Service: Provided donation to the Bushnell Park Foundation to restore the park and playground.
Healthy Living: Allows for flexible work schedule to deal with employee's personal needs.
Sounding Board: All staff members have breakfast or lunch with the CEO once every couple of months to promote communication and dialogue.
Training: Every position in the company has a career-advancement path defined.
