16-unit apartment in Waterbury sells for $1.5M

A century-old, 16-unit apartment building on Willow Street in Waterbury recently sold to a Brooklyn buyer for $1.5 million.

PLG CT LLC sold the four-story, 14,048-square-foot brick building on a little more than a tenth of an acre at 30 Willow St., to Waterbury CT Holdings LLC in a deal logged by the city on Oct. 24.

The selling LLC’s principal is Abraham Indig, a Brooklyn investor who has purchased several apartments in New Britain and Bristol over a little more than a year.

The buyer’s principal is Mendel Bronner, also of Brooklyn.
