A 171-year-old New Hartford building recently sold for $850,000, city records show.
The 12,000-square-foot building at 8 Bridge St., was bought by 8 Bridge Street LLC, which consists of Gregory Morgan of Avon and Christopher and Robin Morgan of North Reading. Mass.
The seller was Carver Props LLC, whose principal is Mary Greenwood of New Hartford.
The three-story building is a mix of commercial and residential. It has businesses on the lower floor and apartments on the upper floors.
The wood-frame construction building was erected in 1850.
Carver Props acquired the building in April 2003 for $700,000.
