Two Windsor industrial condominium buildings with a combined 52,358 square feet recently sold for $1.8 million.
In separate transactions, limited liability companies managed by Seth Fortgang, of Garden City, N.Y., sold buildings at 605 and 615 Day Hill Road to 605-615 Day Hill Road LLC. The sales were recorded by Windsor on May 9.
The buyer’s principal is Richard E. Metcalfe, of Farmington. Attempts to reach Metcalfe were not immediately successful.
The properties include a 30,000-square-foot industrial building and a neighboring 22,358-square-foot building, both completed in 1980. The deeds include easements for access and parking in the industrial condo community.
The sale was brokered by Christopher T. Metcalfe, first vice president of CBRE. Attempts to reach Christopher T. Metcalfe were not immediately successful Thursday.
