Cassie Wildman, CPA, MBA is currently CFO of Lux Bond and Green, a 123-year-old retailer of luxury jewelry, watches and giftware. Growing up in a small family business, she has a passion for the private sector.
Wildman began her public accounting career auditing at BlumShapiro, continuing at Del Conte Hyde Annello & Schuch with a focus on tax work before transitioning to Joseph Merritt & Company as VP and CFO.

Went from staff accountant to CFO in less than 10 years and am the youngest CFO in the company’s history.
What’s been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career?
I led the company through a government-mandated shutdown by securing PPP funding, pivoting to e-commerce and virtual meetings and upgrading various technologies. In the middle of it all, I assisted with a large-scale store renovation, managed multiple insurance claims, recorded the most successful physical inventory in company history and had a baby.
