Emilee Mooney Scott assists clients in complying with federal and state environmental laws, with a particular focus on the management of hazardous and toxic substances. In particular, she has assisted clients with Toxic Substances Control Act registration and reporting requirements; Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act compliance and facility chemical safety matters.
Mooney Scott also helps clients understand, manage and limit environmental risk associated with business and property transactions.
