Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Henry worked for Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant before joining Apple Inc.’s Global Supply Chain Strategy team and leading various reseller operations groups.
Siemon brought his experience to Siemon in 2017, serving as the Global Director of Supply Chain until his appointment as the company’s fifth president and CEO in 2021.
Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:
Is the fifth President and CEO in Siemon’s 118-year history, marking the company’s fifth consecutive generation of Siemon family leadership.
Became CEO during the pandemic and my leadership allowed the company to weather the storm and emerge well-positioned for future growth.
Has a history of success in wide-ranging leadership roles at “best-of-breed” organizations such as Apple, Inc. and Deloitte Consulting.
Is committed to environmental sustainability and continuing Siemon’s focus of maintaining a negative global carbon footprint and zero-landfill operations.
What’s been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career?
Cultural shifts are difficult — especially in a 118-year-old company — but I firmly believe the adage “culture eats strategy for breakfast.” A few years ago, we began a journey to influence this shift by codifying our own culture code and it is inspiring to see it take root across the organization.
