Jenny Gaffney is a Senior Project Manager for Disney’s Media and Entertainment Distribution segment leading processes for all of ESPN Digital, which reaches over 100 million users every month. Gaffney is on Disney’s Women + Tech leadership team and served on the ESPN+ launch team.
She has an MBA and advanced business certificates in both human resource management and project management from the University of Connecticut. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Cumberland University.

What’s been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career?
Serving as Release Coordinator for the ESPN+ launch was the most exciting night of my career. It was the culmination of over a year’s worth of intense software development where I worked as a program manager leading several product verticals from inception through launch.
