Kailee Ostroski is the Director of Operations at Connecticut Wealth Management LLC. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensures all teammates work towards a common purpose. She leads the firm and its employees in setting clear goals that align with CTWM’s strategic vision.

She is also a financial advisor working with clients to identify their goals and values to plan for their financial futures.

What’s been your biggest professional/work accomplishment so far in your career?

My biggest accomplishment has been helping the firm quadruple in size since I joined in 2016. I’ve helped systematize our operations by creating efficient and repeatable processes. Additionally, I have used my education background to develop our employee training programs and create clear growth paths for every employee.
