Monica Perez is the Workforce Program Specialist for the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology. She facilitates the Advanced Manufacturing Employer Partnership, a Workforce Solutions Collaborative Metro Hartford industry partnership, that helps employers recruit, train and retain employees.
Perez manages job quality grants focused on supportive services for entry level workers, helping employers build an inclusive culture and supervisor training sessions. She leads workforce efforts around young adult employment, diversity, equity and inclusion.
