Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments.
The past year has been a time of change and growth. BGTE expanded its customer base, which allowed us to also expand our staff. We are in the process of expanding our office and providing staff training, allowing us to enhance services. A great source of pride is the addition of several new clients over the past year, all of which came as referrals from previous clients or projects. This is probably our greatest accomplishment.
How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic?
BGTE has always had a flexible workspace, but during the pandemic we ensured that our employees had the necessary technology to work remotely. We hired an experienced team member, which allowed us to spread our workload and provide a higher level of customer service.
