Hop Culture Farms and Brew Co. grows its own hops, which are in all the beers we make. We also work to support surrounding farms, local musicians and artisans with a goal to build a place that all people can find community and have a great time.
Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments.
We recently upgraded our brewhouse to produce more beer from a one-barrel system (30 gallons) to a five-barrel system (160-200 gallons); we also just had our first canning run and are now selling four-packs out of our taproom. This is our fourth season farming, and we have expanded our hop operation with plans for a small orchard this fall.
Where do you see your business in the next five years?
I see us becoming an agri-tourism destination where we produce farm-to-table beer, grow other agricultural products to use as adjuncts in our beers, and continue to provide the best, most laid-back experience for our customers. I want our customers to feel like this is their home away from home.
