What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

My biggest accomplishment is making partner at the law firm and co-founding a successful professional women’s networking group that supports and empowers women through personal and professional connections. I’ve benefited from Robinson+Cole’s supportive and collaborative environment that facilitated my professional development opportunities and encouraged me to develop innovative networking strategies.

How are you involved in the community?

I currently serve on the advisory committee for a small nonprofit working with at-risk youth. I also spent six years on the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center board of directors. I’m the past president of the CHBA, which gained national recognition by the Hispanic National Bar Association during my tenure.

What do you like to do outside of work?

My family loves camping. We often camp in remote areas like Hermit Island, Maine and are frequently joined by friends. We spend our time swimming, biking, hiking and cooking meals over a fire pit.

Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?

• Named a 2021 “Go-To Thought Leader” by the National Law Review, I’m a sought-after author with multiple publications.

• Presented with CHBA’s Recognition Award for my leadership within the Connecticut Hispanic legal profession.
