As president of WellSpark Health, Andi Campbell is responsible for developing and delivering holistic well-being programs to thousands of employees across the U.S.
Campbell directs the company’s strategic vision and oversees its implementation to ensure WellSpark delivers on its brand promise of equipping individuals (and companies) to take charge of their health and well-being.
Prior to joining WellSpark as chief growth officer, Campbell was a senior HR leader.
What have been your biggest professional accomplishments over the past year?
I led the restructuring of our business to prepare for future planned growth while maintaining the highest-quality service to our existing clients.
I also supported a couple of employees who were experiencing challenging situations outside of work. Bringing my ‘human’ to the moment as a leader is one of my greatest accomplishments.

In what ways are you involved in the community?
In addition to teaching yoga and Qi Gong classes weekly in my community, I am a member of the steering committee for the CT Collaborative to End Loneliness and a proud supporter of the Jordan Porco Foundation.
Guiding business principle: Always bring my human to the moment.
Best way to keep your competitive edge: Kindness, consistently asking ‘what are we solving for?’
Best business decision: Changing careers from HR leadership to business leadership.
Worst business decision: Hiring someone when my gut screamed ‘don’t do it!’
Biggest missed opportunity: Getting my Ph.D. while I was still in ‘school mode’ (many, many moons ago).
Goal yet to be achieved: Writing a book
Personal touch in your office: Sign that says ‘Logout. Shutdown. Do Yoga.’

Favorite way to relax: Yoga
Hobbies: Reading, yoga, walking, hiking
Last vacation: Mexico for Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds (adult spring break!)
Favorite movie: “Grease 2” or “Three Amigos”

Favorite cause: Suicide prevention and addiction recovery
Second choice career: Voiceover artist, or working the information desk at a bookstore
