A hands-on leader, Peter Arn co-founded ROMTech, a telehealth technology company, and drives its core initiatives. These include gathering intelligence from tens of thousands of physicians and business leaders to ascertain where medicine wants to go, and from that, shaping the company’s product and business strategy.

Arn has spearheaded capital raises totaling over $200 million with no venture capital, recruited a world-class management team, and is the inspirational force that drives all ROMTech employees.

What have been your biggest professional accomplishments over the past year?

My greatest achievements include the continual expansion of our thousand-physician collective that advises on product development, market development, and new opportunities.

We have leveraged this insight to enter hyper-growth, with 2023 sales expected to reach 300% year-over-year growth.

In what ways are you involved in the community?

We have successfully aided over 45,000 patients using technology delivered in-home, expediting their recovery, enhancing their mobility, and returning to their activities of daily living in half the time and with far less pain and narcotic consumption.

Many patients would have been unlikely to survive without our technology.

On the job

Guiding business principle: Integrity, do right to others.

Best way to keep your competitive edge: Take a scorched-earth approach to gathering feedback and using it to optimize.

Best business decision: Focusing on delivering healthcare technology in the home.

Worst business decision: Saving money by hiring less-expensive team members.

Biggest missed opportunity: Settling for and/or keeping underperforming team members cost us many months or more in the race to market.

Goal yet to be achieved: We’ve landed agreements to provide our technology for large patient sets across entire hospital systems, totaling over $1 billion in annual revenue potential. Now comes the hard part: scaling up and fulfilling these agreements with flawless service.
