Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments.
Through COVID, we maintained our supply chain and because of our commitment to deliver quality products with no interruption, we grew our business 20%.
What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success?
We were taught from a young age the importance of hard work and delivering quality products to enhance the lives of our customers and their consumers.
We pride ourselves on the best possible quality, great taste and customer service, and support our extended family of associates so they are as dedicated to these qualities as we are.
Where do you see your business in the next five years?
Our goal is to modernize the business and prepare for the transition to the third generation.
Do you have a business succession plan? If so, what is it?
The third generation is now actively involved in the business and leading efforts to develop a stewardship program to ensure Ragozzino’s remains a family business for generations to come.
What are your guiding business principles?
Be humble, do every job, serve our employees.
