What have been your significant contributions to your organization in the past year?
Over the past decade at InterCommunity HealthCare, I have worked alongside an excellent team to support and provide quality, whole-person health care to patients in and out of our community.
As a senior leader, I still get to be an active part of the team, while ensuring that patients receive life-changing care and that our providers have the resources to deliver that care. I have helped streamline processes, reduce administrative burdens and improve patient outcomes.
Our team’s contributions have made a significant difference in many people’s lives, and I am proud to have been a part of such important work.

By providing transparent and honest communication, respecting privacy and delivering high quality care, I strived to earn and maintain every patients’ trust.
What’s your next major goal and/or challenge?
As someone who cares deeply about my community, my main goal is to help InterCommunity continue growing and reach more people in need. We also offer support and resources for those battling addiction and are committed to introducing everyone to the healing power of our services.
