Completing 2+U, a 38-story tower in Seattle, Washington. Through a collaboration with the design team and the contractor, we achieved an incredible feat of engineering to lift the building 85 feet above the street to create publicly accessible open space for the community.
How are you involved in the community?
I have served as a mentor and team leader with ACE (a national mentorship organization for high school students interested in architecture, construction and engineering) for many years, and as an advocate for women in architecture through my role as a co-chair on the American Institute of Architects (AIA) CT Women in Architecture Committee.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to cook. I’m a big foodie and enjoy experimenting by adding new flavors to my repertoire. I also love to draw.
