What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest professional accomplishment so far is leading the digital transformation efforts at GSB. Over the last several years, we have updated systems, deployed technology and improved our client delivery. This has led to the continued growth of our bank, improved employee engagement and meaningful connections with our clients.
As a result of these efforts, I was invited to present our journey at a national banking conference.
Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?
• My commitment to my family, personal growth and professional development has allowed me to make a positive impact on the organization where I work.
• I am dedicated to the communities where I live and work throughout Connecticut. This includes volunteering for my kids’ after-school activities, affordable housing organizations, small business groups and more.
• I am involved in philanthropy and help lead organizational efforts that direct grant funds to support a wide variety of community service organizations.
Fun Fact
