Christina Siena is an audit and assurance partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP with 16 years of experience serving public and private clients within Deloitte’s financial services practice.

She specializes in providing the insurance industry technical accounting, regulatory reporting and advisory services. Siena is also a leader in Deloitte’s sustainability efforts with clients and employees.

What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

Becoming an audit partner at Deloitte was the most significant milestone in my career so far. I was also in the 2020 class of Deloitte’s elite fellowship program consisting of 24 high-performing managers across the U.S. developing recommendations for sustainability initiatives, which were presented to the Deloitte U.S. executive committee.

How are you involved in the community?

I have been involved with Junior Achievement for over 15 years, overseeing over 30 Deloitte volunteers per year to lead programs building financial literacy in students. I also participated on the young professional advisory board for the Boys and Girls Club of Hartford, offering feedback on strategies, goals and programs.

My demonstrated leadership in delivering exceptional client service through high-quality audits and industry knowledge and insights.

My commitment to supporting childhood development programs to build a brighter future for all children.

Strong role model for working parents in the public accounting industry on balancing family and career goals.
