Iacovazzi is responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients with respect to investment management, wealth structuring services, customized lending, trust and estate planning services, business succession and philanthropic objectives.

What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

I have enjoyed advising clients during my time at the Private Bank. The ultimate accomplishment is earning my clients’ trust.

One particular aspect that I find truly fulfilling is advising clients on the exit of their business and helping them settle into the next chapter of their lives.

How are you involved in the community?

I am a trustee of Catholic Charities of Hartford, where I serve on the strategic planning committee. I also serve on the boards of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford, Connecticut Insurance and Financial Services cluster, and the board of ambassadors at The Bushnell.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf and tennis, and serving my community.

Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?

• Named senior vice president within three years of starting with Bank of America Private Bank.

• I have grown my practice by an average of 30% year over year for the last seven years.

• I have designed and run a training program for new private client advisors in the Hartford market.

Fun Fact

I spent a month mountaineering in Wyoming and climbed its highest peak, 13,810 feet.
