Heather Atkins is a certified financial planner (CFP) at Johnson Brunetti and has onboarded 330 families, bringing in approximately $150 million in investments.
She is currently servicing over 400 families in all areas of financial planning. Atkins made it her mission to empower women to find financial freedom and success. She wants to get more money in the hands of women, and she has positioned herself as a mentor for other women and men to do the same.

What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
I spent years preparing and studying to obtain my CFP certification. I have been able to change the lives of my clients because of this certification, and that is something I will always be proud of.
How are you involved in the community?
I have been an active member, fundraiser and participant in the Junior League of Hartford for four years. I served as the community service co-chair and assisted the board as treasurer. I am also an active volunteer for Dress for Success, Junior Achievement, and the Boys and Girls Club.
What do you like to do outside of work?
My fiancé and I like to visit the state parks and take our dog Taz for hikes. I also love trying new restaurants in the area.
