Kevin Jodice is the vice president and partner at PDS Engineering & Construction, a commercial general contractor that completes projects throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. He focuses on business development and customer relations.

What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

My team and I have restructured the company’s organization and fostered a trusting, results-driven team culture. My team is focused on enhancing marketing effectiveness, which has led to achieving 40% volume growth. PDS’ strategic leadership and industry expertise drive continuous innovation and success.

How are you involved in the community?

I volunteer my time at a local Montessori school, helping with the grounds crew/clean up. I have also created coat drives for the students on PDS’ school projects, and turkey drives for Foodshare at Thanksgiving.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my wife, five-year-old son, and four- and two-year-old daughters. Their activities and interests keep me busy outside of work. I also spend time outdoors, watching sports and playing golf.
