What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

I made partner at an AmLaw 200 law firm in nine years, and rose to co-chair of the firm’s finance practice group three years later. I’ve been fortunate to spend my entire legal career at Robinson+Cole and have benefitted immensely from the collaborative and supportive culture of the firm.

Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?

Co-chair of the finance practice group of an AmLaw 200 law firm.

Dedicated to serving my community, with a particular focus on ending homelessness and empowering women.

Selected as a Rising Star in the Connecticut Super Lawyers list from 2018 to 2023, recognized as a New Leader in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune in 2020, and was awarded the “Americas Rising Dealmaker Award” by M&A Atlas in 2024.

How are you involved in the community?

I joined the board of My Sister’s Place Inc. (MSP) in 2014, and was vice chair when MSP merged with Mercy Housing and Shelter Corp. I was instrumental in joining these two incredibly important organizations.

I served on the board of their parent company, Community Housing Advocates Inc., since its inception in 2018, including as board chair for two years. I am also a former member of the board of directors of JLH.

What do you like to do outside of work?

My family loves to travel, and we frequent the Connecticut shoreline and White Mountains. I also love reading fiction novels (especially historical fiction), playing paddle tennis with friends, and recently taking flower arrangement classes.

Fun Fact

I backpacked through Europe and explored 39 cities in six weeks!
